"‘But now I will not treat the remnant of this people as in the former days,' says the LORD of hosts. ‘For the seed shall be prosperous, the vine shall give its fruit, the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these. And it shall come to pass that just as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you, and you shall be a blessing. Do not fear, let your hands be strong.' For thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘Just as I determined to punish you when your fathers provoked Me to wrath,' Says the LORD of hosts, ‘And I would not relent, so again in these days I am determined to do good to Jerusalem and to the house of Judah. Do not fear'" (Zechariah 8:11-15).

"You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for the time to favor her, yes, the set time, has come" (Psalm 102:13)

It is the time of transition for the people of God and the church of My glory. The winds of My Spirit are even now blowing across the land. The winds of change are upon you. I am changing My countenance toward My people to bring forth My determined purposes in the earth. I will no longer treat My chosen ones as in the former days but I will have mercy upon them. The set time has come, the time of My favor for those who will seek My face. I am releasing My power and anointing to turn the captivity of My people. I am bringing forth My righteousness in Zion. As surely as the earth brings forth its shoots, so surely I will cause My righteousness to spring forth before all peoples. Nations shall see your righteousness and kings shall behold your glory.

Set your hearts and minds to seek the Lord your God for only those who seek Me will find the way I have made. Seek Me with all your heart and you will find the knowledge of your God and the fear of the Lord. Arise and build My sanctuary and I will send the Ark of My presence and My holiness into your midst. Consider your ways and take note of this season. I am removing the defilement from before Me. I am tearing down the high places of idolatry. No more shall flesh glory in My presence. No longer will the uncircumcised minister before Me. I am lifting up My hand against those who have become a stumbling block of iniquity to My people. They shall not come near to Me or My holy things but they shall bear their shame and punishment for the abominations that they have committed. Those shepherds who will not seek My face shall not prosper. I will scatter their sheep and raise up other shepherds, even those who will do after My own heart's desire.

Let My people cry aloud and hold not your peace until My determined purpose is established, until My people come forth as brightness to radiate as a burning torch before Me. Transition shall be birthed with travail, as My people cry out before Me, rending your hearts and not your garments, with fasting and weeping and mourning until every hindrance is removed and the temple is prepared for My habitation. Lift up your heads and your Redeemer shall come with a strong arm to turn your captivity and quicken your mortal body. I am setting you in a new place and positioning you for My purposes. You shall be called by a new name, even the name of the Lord your God. I will prepare you as a crown of glory in My hand. My eyes shall look with favor upon the faithful of the land, those who walk blamelessly before Me, to minister before Me. Prepare the way for it shall come suddenly. You shall no longer be termed forsaken or desolate for My delight is in you and you shall be joined to Me in divine union. Do not hold your peace but cry out day and night putting Me in remembrance. Keep not silence, give no rest, until it is established, until Zion shows forth My righteousness and praise in the earth.

Many of you have waited before Me. Many have grown weary and your hearts have sunk down in despair. Many have wondered whether you have heard right or not. Many have questioned their calling and purpose. Some have even weakened and drawn back from following Me. They have lost courage and become deserters. I have withheld My hand to test and refine you to know what is in your heart and to make you sure for the appointed time. But I would say to you today, behold your salvation comes and His reward is with Him. You shall be called the Holy People, the Redeemed of the Lord and you shall be called sought out and not forsaken. I am even now sending forth My Spirit. Arise from your prostration and call on the name of the Lord your God for I will not treat you as in former days. For those who will humble themselves and seek My face, it is the time of My favor. It is the time of coming forth. The seed shall be prosperous. The vine shall bring forth fruit. The ground shall give its increase. The heavens shall give their dew. I will not withhold any good thing from those who seek Me. None of My words shall be postponed anymore but the word I have spoken shall be done. Prepare the way. Give entrance to My word and let it run its full course until all your fallow ground is broken up and My righteousness breaks forth upon you.

Water the words that have been sown in your life. Put Me in remembrance and let us agree together. Your due season is upon you. I am establishing My ministry. I am raising up My servants with a perfect heart. Let not your faith stand in the wisdom of men but in My power for surely I am able to cause the seed to spring up and bring forth that which I have spoken, not by your might or power but by My Spirit. The tender shoot is able to break through even the hardest of ground. Seek My face and I will strengthen you to come forth. Seek My face and I will release the fresh oil of My anointing. Let My church arise and go through the gates of transition to prepare the way of My people. The set time has come and My favor is released. Hold not your peace but cry aloud until it is established and My promise is fulfilled in your life.
